I was surprised to see Chip Brocious' name on the court calendar on January 9. I got to know the Brocious family when I covered a court case about his son Brandon's death.
Chip Brocious was arraigned on January 9. Trial confirmation is on 2/ 8 and jury trial on 2/14.
I would remember his name on the jail log. There have been some issues with the jail log in the past and days when all the reports didn't get posted.
I will keep an eye on what happens in this case. Chip doesn't even look like the same man. What is the real story that led to this arrest?
