Murder suspect Jason Miller wants to represent himself

 

Murder suspect Jason Miller's jury trial for February 21 is "confirmed for now."

Miller asked to represent himself  today but the judge scheduled a hearing on 1/24 for him to decide if that’s what he really wants.

Ms. Andrea Sullivan is his court appointed attorney.  Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for this case.
