Ian Pease and Travontae Hutson resolved the co-defendant case for homicide at trial assignment on 1/27. Pease had three other open cases trailing the homicide case.
Today's jury trial was vacated. Sentencing is on March 3.
Hutson waived custody credits up to 1/27; waived appellate rights and stipulated to aggravating circumstances.
3/3: Pease, CR 2003287 dismissed, CR 2002476 sentenced, CR 2004136 homicide and CR 2201315B attempted murder, for these two cased sentenced to 14 years
Travontae Hutson CR 2004034 sentenced 12 years, 8 months.
