High risk parolee, peeping Tom and convicted sex offender Charles Flinn, the second suspect in the smash and grab Freshwater incident was arraigned yesterday.
Judge Steven Steward set bail at $25,000 in the 2013 case. Public Defender's office was appointed. Preliminary scheduled for 2/7. This makes it case number 52 for Flinn in Humboldt.
A search for Flinn shows 57 cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system but not all cases are criminal cases.
