Will high risk parolee, peeping Tom and convicted sex offender Charles Flinn resolve his case before trial?

On May 4, high risk parolee, peeping Tom and convicted sex offender Charles Flinn had four cases on calendar on May 4. Three from 2019 and one from 2018.

Flinn waived his preliminary hearing last June for his felony sex offense case. His latest parole violation case is trailing. Trial confirmation for his 2019 felony sex offense case was continued to May 8. Jury trial is scheduled for July 20.

Mr. Joe Judge is Flinn's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler is the prosecutor for this case.

5/8 update: The case was on for change of plea. Attorneys discussed a resolution but no deal was reached. For now, jury trial remains set.

Flinn looks nothing like his booking photo since he is now clean shaven and has hair.
