Want to know what's happening with Jason Miller, you have to wait a bit

 

Murder suspect Jason Miller had trial confirmation scheduled this morning in his homicide case. The case will be called this afternoon. There is no plea or resolution. Jury trial is 2/21. His assault case is trailing.

In the afternoon, when the case was called, trial confirmation was continued by the District Attorney to 1/10. 

Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Miller's attorney.
