On Tuesday, January 8, under closed session for the Board of Supervors there are three item. One about existing litigation and another regarding exposure to litigation in three potential cases.
The third item is an inquiry from the State Bar.
"2:30 PM - (CLOSED SESSION) Conference with Legal Counsel – pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) to discuss an inquiry by the California State Bar, Case No. 22-O-03375"
