Another lawsuit filed against Real Property Management. RPM was the only party served. Zwerdling Law Firm was ordered to properly serve the other defendants prior to the next court date on May 12 or file a motion for dismissal.pertaining to those defendants.
No middle name is listed for Joshua Spaulding in this post and if documents are ever served, I will be curious to see if the Joshua Spaulding in this lawsuit is the same man I have covered on this blog several times.
5/12/23: Settlement conference on 5/7/24; Readiness Conference on 7/12/24 and jury trial on 7/15/24.
