Corbett Petersen has multiple failures to appear, several bench warrants, 5 arrests for being drunk and multiple DUIs. Petersen's trial confirmation on 1/3 was continued to 1/5/23 trial confirmation/change of plea.
Yesterday, his plea was taken by Judge John Feeney and he was sentenced . The sentence was for 120 days in jail. Petersen's commit to jail date is February 11.
Will Petersen show up for his commit to jail date and how much actual time will he serve?
1/12: Peterson was booked and will SWAP instead of his jail sentence.
