On, 1/3/23, at trial confirmation, Tanya Comer's was granted informal diversion by Judge Kaleb Cockrum in another 2022 case. The jury trial for 1/9 was vacated. A 6 month diversion hearing is scheduled for 7/3/23.
Conditions include violate no criminal statutes, obey all laws, $100 diversion restitution fine and Comer cannot enter premises of Mad River Hospital unless there is an emergency or legitimate medical need.
Tanya Comer aka Tanya Brooks. The case that was dismissed on 12/ 21/22 after preliminary hearing had a different case number.
7/3: Case dismissed. Successful completion of diversion.
