Today, dates were scheduled in two cases for Little Eagle Moon. His parole hearing and preliminary hearing for the arrest near Red Lion are both scheduled for April 18. Time estimate is two days.
Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke is Moon's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Clover Schinke appeared on the case for the People.
