Jury trial for GOP vandalism suspect vacated

Intervention was held in GOP vandalism suspect Michael Valls's case on February 17.

Jury trial scheduled for 2/22 vacated. Attorneys stipulated to continue motion in limine hearing to 3/11/22. Diversion and trial setting is also scheduled on the same day.

Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke is Valls' attorney. Several Deputy DAs have appeared on the case.
