A third candidate told me he intends to run for DA. When and if he files paperwork, I will most likely add that information to this post. You already heard it here first, I don't need a separate post. The announcement will certainly get reaction and chatter in the local legal community.
Now that I mentioned it, I am sure the other local media will call the local elections office. Even the Sacrament Bee stalks my blog for tips. A reporter from the outlet followed up on something only reported on my blog a few days ago. I have a message with his inquiry.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the only one who has officially announced her candidacy. Deputy Public Defender Adrian Kamada is the second candidate.
