The cafe at the courthouse which has been closed for months is finally up for sale. The county has waived rent for the current owner since March 2020.
This sign was posted on the third floor where the cafe is located.
For any potential owner, the County had some work to complete so check on that as well do your research on the place.
Read up on my previous posts because based on decisions by the last known owner, Chris Rohrs, while running the cafe and when the cafe being closed, get a realistic idea how many regulars will return. Running a food business is challenging at any time but with COVID 19, it is a step to be taken with caution.
I hope someone wanting to develop the potential and realizing the worth of having a built in steady customer base with attorneys, bailiffs, deputies, court staff, jurors buys the cafe.
