This is a valid point. With all the choices and news sources in Humboldt, if you chose the lazy and easy option of only going to one or two sources because you can comment on those sites anonymously or because they are on your newsfeed due to Facebook algorithms, then you are part of the problem.

Many "conservatives" and others chose to comment/complain anonymously about these two sites yet read and support the local advertisers, businesses, politicians, government and casinos that support these "news sources" they whine about constantly.

Anyone can rant on craigslist. Actions speak louder than words. Expand where you get your news from and if all you want to hear is your opinion validated, then just record your own voice blathering and stop pretending you are interested in news and information.

I am not defending either site mentioned above or agreeing with any view expressed in the craigslists posts. These sites chose to allow anonymous rants in their comment section, they can certainly take what these posts dish out.

Humboldt sewer of "anonymous speak" has driven intelligent, decent people to stop commenting and just email their feedback privately and in person.

If these people are Bramwell fans or interested in free speech, put your name and face out there instead of this fake macho bravado while hiding like a coward behind a screen. If you don't have the guts to use your real name, who cares what you think.

Humboldt's anonymous keyboard warriors never disappoint for entertainment. All talk and what they have done to improve this community or any action that does not benefit their own selfish selves.
