Brian Leiteritz started serving his sentence via SWAP today.was booked into Humboldt County jail yesterday for SWAP violation. So, he will be serving the rest of his sentence in jail until November 19.
The jail doesn't have details about what caused the violation of SWAP. Could be anything from not showing up to SWAP or missing a court date. Leiteritz started serving his sentence via SWAP in October 2021.
This is Humboldt. So his attorney, Mr. Michael Robinson, could get him reinstated on SWAP. It remains to be seen if he will be charged with a proba violation. If that is the case, he is supposed to serve a prison sentence.
