OR for excessive blood alcohol count and contributing to delinquency of a minor


Kimberly Michelle Baird was arrested by Eureka Police Department on a bench warrant for VC 23578 enhanced DUI penalties for excessive blood alcohol count, VC 23152 (b) driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% Or more and VC 23152 (a). Baird was released on OR.

OR after Baird failed to appear for her arraignment on 2/16, a bench warrant was issued for $5,000 with no cite and release. This is for her 2021 DUI case. A 2015 case for posession of meth was dismissed after it was deemed Baird completed her DEJ.  This despite failures to appear and warrants issued.  Court minutes are sparse.



Kori Ann Apodaca was arrested by CHP  for resisting arrest, PC 272 (a)(1) contributing to deliquency of a minor, VC 12500 (a) driving without a license, VC23152(b) driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% and DUI.

She has 5 criminal cases before this recent arrest and two family support cases in the local court system.
