Tammy Reavis got quite the deal on the day of her jury trial and the more serious charges were dismissed

 


Tammy Marie Farmer Reavis resolved her case on the day her jury trial was scheduled. On 1/31/22 she entered a waiver and guilty plea on one count; a misdemeanor. Three more serious counts were dismissed. No jail time. Probation and community service work.

A criminal protective order was served. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees was the prosecutor for this case. Deputy Conflict Counsel Owen Tipps was Reavis' attorney. Previously, she was represented by the Public Defender and Mr. Russ Clanton.
