More litigation against the County from a State Bar inquiry

Besides the California Attorney General's final demand letter to Humboldt Auditor Controller Karen Paz Dominguez, other items of interest at the March 1 Board of Supervisors meeting is the potential appointment of John Fullerton to the Audit commitee and more litigation in closed session.

The resignation of Mychal Evenson from the Audit Committee created a vacancy. Only John Fullerton applied? 

The one that I am interested in is:

"Conference with Legal Counsel - anticipated litigation, significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) & (e)(2): in one case, inquiry by the California State Bar, No. 22-0-00776"

Of course, the State Bar Docket search is down for maintenance for 4 days. That happens too often and always on weekends when I need to look up something. I checked on February 28 and March 8 and it was still not working.
