Little Eagle Moon had his preliminary hearing and a motion for return property scheduled today. The hearing was continued to 7/27.
The Conflict Counsel's office had a conflict Moon now has a new attorney; Ms. Kathleen Bryson.
I previously reported that the DA had subpoenaed records for St. Joseph's and UC Davis in April. In June, DA subpoenaed records from Ther-A Con Physical therapy on Myrtle Avenue.
7/27: Defense request granted. Setting of preliminary hearing and motion for return of property continued to 8/22.
8/22: Continued by defense to 8/25.
8/25: Preliminary hearing set for 1/12/23. Time estimate 2 days. Motion to return property scheduled for the same date.
