Complaint alleges Alderpoint homicide involved great violence, great bodily harm, high degree of cruelty and callousness

 

Alderpoint homicide suspect Jake Combs was arraigned on information today. Trial setting is on 7/27/22.

The complaint alleges Trevor Earley was 25 years old when he was murdered and that the crime involved great violence, great bodily harm, high degree of cruelty and callousness.

Deputy District Attorney Shelly Small is the prosecutor for this case. Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin is Combs' attorney.

7/27: Trial confirmation on 1/9/23; jury trial on 1/23/23
