Another motion to compel in Kalin vs Elvine-Kreis, Brownfield and Reavis lawsuit

Yet another motion to compel responses from those who should know better.

Writing down dates in former Deputy Public Defender Rory Kalin's lawsuit against Humboldt Superior Court Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis, former Public Defender Marek Reavis and current Public Defender Luke Brownfield is a waste of time.

Hearings keep getting rescheduled. If anything takes place, it is by Zoom. This Friday, there is a case management conference and a motion hearing to compel further responses to plaintiffs first set of form interrogatories. 

Mr. Jonathan Hornberger is Kalin's attorney. Mr. Patrik Griego is Elvine-Kreis' attorney. The County is paying Ms. Melissa Currier's law firm to represent Brownfield and Reavis.

6/24: CMC on 6/28 continued so Mr. Griego can be present.
