Second motion to continue sentencing for former Humboldt correctional officer

 


Sentencing for former Humboldt correctional officer and Central Station shooting perpetrator Sean Timothy O'Brien was continued last month and today, there was another motion to continue sentencing. It was granted since the People had no objection.  New date is 7/14.

On March 23, the day of his preliminary hearing,  O'Brien entered a conditional plea. Attorneys stipulated to a 10 year cap and $350,000 in victim restitution. More details are in the previous post.

Deputy Roger Rees is the prosecutor. Ms. Kathleen Bryson is O'Brien's attorney.
