Two minor victims, one alleges when she tried to remove defendant's hand under her shirt, he"held on"

 

There are two alleged minor victims for the 9 felony counts filed against alleged molestor Sergio Reynoso-Lozano. He was arraigned today. Reynoso-Lozano was held to answer on all nine counts after the preliminary hearing on June 13.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender David Celli is Reynoso-Lozano's attorney.

Trial setting and an O.R. bail is scheduled for 7/5.

7/5: Trial setting/O.R. bail continued to 7/8/22.
