Yesterday, on the day of her preliminary hearing Devon Hanson entered a plea and resolved her case. Sentencing is on 7/6.
Defense request to re-release Hanson on supervised release was denied again; this time by Visiting Judge Doris Shockley. Hanson pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property, one DUI count and an added count of resisting arrest. Rest of the charges were dismissed.
