Fourth confirmation of counsel hearing scheduled for Gary Landergen

 

On June 22, I did a post saying alleged molestor Gary Landergen is having a hard time retaining a private lawyer. Conflict Counsel was appointed but there is yet another hearing for confirmation of counsel. This will be the 4th hearing for confirmation of counsel.

6/28: Conflict Counsel confirms they can represent Landergen. Preliminary hearing  on 7/19.
