Convicted rapist Kailan Meserve transported back to Humboldt

Convicted rapist Kailan Meserve has been transported from Mule Creek State prison to the Humboldt County jail. This is for an evidentiary hearing in his habeas corpus case. 

I had stopped doing updates because all that was happening was continuances.

6/17: continued by DA to 6/20.

6/20:  Hearing so witnesses can be ordered back

Trial assignment on 7/1; evidentiary hearing for habeas corpus on 7/6.
