On June 15, convicted felon Little Eagle Moon had pre trial scheduled in his parole case and setting of preliminary hearing and motion for return of property in the case.
It was continued to 6/16 because subpoenaed officer was not present. On 6/16,Moon's attorney Ms. Van Dyke was unavailable due to medical issue and the hearing was continued again to today.
6/22: Preliminary hearing on 7/7. Motion for return of property continued to 7/7by defense. Two day estimate.
