Another child safe thanks to Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm

 

Yesterday, Sergio Reynoso-Lozano preliminary hearing held to answer to all 9 felony charges of lewd acts with a minor.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender David Celli is Reynoso-Lozano's attorney. Assistant Presiding Judge Kelly Neel presided over the preliminary hearing.

Arraignment on information is scheduled for 6/27.
