Originally his charges included fentanyl but after the preliminary hearing, the jury trial charges were Count 1 resisting an executive officer and the special allegation of a serious felony conviction.
Conflict Counsel's office filed declaration of conflict on 6/1 and the office was relieved on 6/2. Ms. Andrea Sullivan was court appointed to represent Arlotta. She cannot be ready to proceed with the jury trial scheduled for 6/13.
