Jury trial set for frequently arrested Aaron Arlotta in his most recent case



Aaron Arlotta had two cases on calendar on March 11. Both are felony cases. He has arraignment on information for the case with charges listed below and  intervention for his  parole revocation case.



Trial confirmation is on April 22; jury trial on May 4. Time was not waived. The parole case will "trail."

Arlotta was arraigned on the complaint in the case with domestic violence and firearm charges  on 2/14, intervention on 2/25, preliminary hearing on 2/26.

Deputy Conflict Counsel R.J. Leohner is Arlotta's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Shelly Small is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy DA Roger Rees did the preliminary hearing for Ms. Small.
