"Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me"

This morning, I was walking to Target to get some essentials.  The lady who lives in the house had a kind word for every one passing by and if you wanted a prayer.

We briefly talked about what we could do to support each other during this stressful time. Four of us said a quick prayer. All of us strangers.

She is a refreshing reminder of the benefits of living in a small community and an example of "truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."

People can cope with COVID 19 however they want. This lady chose to be light for random strangers from all walks of life.

Before I took this photo, the two people were standing far apart. I asked permission.  A few others walked by and everyone was surprised by her kind hello and her reaching out to them.
