7 year old boy, a church and police officers spend their own money to serve the community in midst of coronavirus lockdown







7 year old Cavanaugh Bell spent $600 that he had saved for years from Christmases and birthdays to purchase and package 65 "COVID-19 Carepacks" along with 31 hot meals from a local restaurant, Buca Di Beppo, to serve to senior citizens and help the local businesses impacted by being closed after Maryland Governor Larry Hogan shut down restaurants.

Georgia church may be online because of the coronavirus outbreak, but that hasn't stopped them from getting creative and serving the community.

Rachel Reeves of Revolution Church  in Georgia redemmed Chick-fil-A points and helped deliver more than 500 Chick-fil-A sandwiches to doctors and nurses at two hospitals.

Police officers from Tom Rivers, New Jersey pre purchased 300 pizzas from 6 local pizzerias and distributed them to families.
