For non-emergency calls, EPD officers will handle via phone, if contact is needed follow these protocols

"We recently moved briefings to our classroom to provide more space for social distancing. We want you to know we’re still here ready to serve.
We do ask citizens to phone for assistance when able instead of coming to our office. Officers will be handling non-emergency reports by phone instead of in person. If contact is needed, please provide the call taker with pertinent health information so that officers can respond with the appropriate protective gear and take extra social distancing measures. These actions are done with the goal of keeping our community healthy and safe."
