Motion for disclosure of informant may be filed in murder suspect Ulisses Rodriguez's case



Murder suspect Ulisses Rodriguez had another pre trial hearing this morning. Victims are Tiffany Marie Ellebrecht and Jeremy Dieter Kuemmel.

Despite being dressed in a red jumpsuit which means he is "admin segregation", Rodriguez was tickled pink to be on video.

Trial confirmation scheduled for 5/20 and jury trial for June 29 ,"remain set" for now.

Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin is Rodriguez's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor on this case.

Mr. McLaughlin said  "the likelihood that this goes out" on dates set given the current situation with COVID 19 is slim. Defense is still doing ongoing investigation. A motion regarding disclosure of informant may he filed by defense.
