Intervention was scheduled for voluntary manslaughter suspect Pamela Millsap on March 26. The preliminary hearing is still scheduled for April 2, as of yesterday.
Millsap is charged with one count of voluntary manslaughter, two counts of child abuse and one special allegation that she personally used a firearm; a shotgun.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for this case. Former Conflict Counsel Supervising Attorney Meagan O' Connell is Millsap's attorney. She is now the interim public defender. Will that appointment and COVID 19 cause another continuance?
