On March 12, murder suspect Daniella Moore entered an additional plea of not guilty by reason of insanity.
This morning, the special set for April 8 was vacated. Setting of preliminary hearing and appointment of doctors was continued to May 12.
Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Moore's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for this case.
