Cousins Street suspect will remain in custody thanks to Judge Feeney

 


On June 2, there was an OR/bail hearing for Cousins Street suspect Mathhew Esparza. Retired Judge John Feeney denied OR/supervised release citing safety concerns. Preliminary hearing is on June 13.


6/13: Preliminary continued by court to 6/15 because Esparza was in quarantine.
