19,962 VBM, 439 conditional and 16 provisional ballots still to be processed

(Humboldt Elections)

I called Humboldt Elections office as soon as they opened this morning and requested some data specifically how many votes remain to be counted and voter turnout . When I called, Elections Specialist Juan Cervantes answered the phone. I told you I would post the information I requested later today.

"Our report schedule should be as usual with reports every Friday until certification," Juan told me.

Humboldt Elections Press Release (5 p.m.):

The Humboldt County Office of Elections will continue to post the results of the June 7 Primary Election every Friday leading up to the certification of the election prior to Thursday, July 7.

The Elections Office has approximately 20,417 unprocessed ballots as of today, Wednesday June 8.

All valid vote-by-mail ballots will be counted regardless of the outcome or closeness of any race if they are postmarked by Tuesday, June 7 and arrive by Tuesday, June 14.

Voters may subscribe to WheresMyBallot.sos.ca.gov to track their ballots, receive personalized text messages, emails or voicemails letting them know when their ballot is mailed, received, and counted by the Registrar of Voters.
