Just two days into jury selection, Timothy Ziegler's case dismissed as charged yesterday. People lost contact with the alleged victim and were unable to proceed with the trial.
Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis was the trial judge. Finally got a trial and in two days, he is back to walking around the second floor chatting away with nothing going on in Courtroom 3.
