On 6/7 domestic violence suspect Joseph Costa had trial confirmation. The jury trial scheduled for 6/13 was vacated. Defense motion to continue was granted and dates were reset. The alleged victim wants the protective order modified to peaceful contact.
A hearing on 6/16 is scheduled for pre trial and service of protective order. Trial confirmation is on 10/27; jury trial on 11/7.
6/16: Protective order served. Dates remain as set.
