Judge Hinrichs policy on release of Grand Jury reports undone by Humboldt's petty Napolean and Kamada's buddy who is the first Humboldt Judge to be sued with very serious allegations

 

I asked a question in my post yesterday about the court order and the release of the Civil Grand jury report this week. I already had a suspicion and it was confirmed. 

I raise questions and the Humboldt Connected, their cronies and those I expose always respond to local "media outlets" where they know there will be no follow up, no tough questions asked and the same small group will dictate the conversation. Take a look at the advertisers, owners and same few supporters of certain outlets who are all part of the status quo for decades in Humboldt.

Lost Coast Outpost did not indicate if they verified Glover's reason. I am shocked they actually posted an update and worked at 6: 05 p.m. When it comes to anything they can post about the Auditor Controller that defends the County, LOCO has the time. Other stuff can wait hours, until the next day or days later.

The current Presiding Judge is Gregory Elvine-Kreis. The man is drunk with power he does not deserve, he rules according to his mood, he is not knowledgable about the law compared to other Humboldt Judges and his allowing the Grand Jury to release the report last week in a politically charged election shows he cares nothing about fairness, rules or democracy. 

There are numerous posts on this blog from court, court records including the fact that he has been disqualified by private attorneys and public defenders.

Elvine-Kreis is collecting his $260,000 salary for barely working and other Judges are having to step in from their assignments to cover preliminary hearing and trials.

Elvine-Kreis and the former and current Public Defender are being sued by former Deputy Public Defender Rory Kalin and the lawsuit has some serious allegations. All three are buddies of Deputy Public Adrian Kamada. DA candidate Kamada whose supporters are running an anonymous stleath dirty campaign. 

This is the same Board of Supervisors who picked current Public Defender Luke Brownfield who is being sued over more qualified candidates. That is just one of the many issues with Elvine-Kreis not being reported in any other media. They don't know most of it because no one trusts them and they have not covered the lawsuit against him.

I am not going to link all the related and recent posts about the Auditor Controller, Elvine-Kreis, the lawsuit. I have done it numerous times. My readers, the people who talk to me on a daily basis and read my blog know and remember. If you are a new reader, the search feature on the blog and Google are handy tools.

California Gavin Newsom, the California Judicial Council, the Commission on Judicial Performance, the State of California and state agencies supposed to protect the public and democracy are a joke. The agencies supposed to keep checks and balances do not protect the public, whether it is in Humboldt, California or the nation. The system is geared to protect those who use it to amass wealth and power at the expense of others. That isn't capitalism or earning by hard work. The state of California only cares about dollars they get from Humboldt. 

The only justice is at the ballot box. Many of you have not turned in your ballots. Many of you prefer to vote on election day. Are you going to come through because what happens on June 7, 2022 affects the average person. The lives of the few who think they are king and queens in Humboldt will not change on June 7 unless you strip them of the power and influence they have right now. Then watch their sycophants dump them for whoever they can use after the election.

If the other local media actually had the guts to do real investigation, they would look into the money, the connections and the appointments of local court judges such as Elvine-Kreis and County department head positions like the Public Defender. Do a PRA on real news and see if any and what information is released and if it is released to all media and for the public to see or just to the local mouthpieces who won't make waves.

I don't recall any other Supervisor so blatantly inserting and involving themselves in the courts and judicial candidates as Rex Bohn and Michelle Bushnell. I have seen Virginia Bass on the second floor in the past but that does not mean anything. The County, Humbodt Superior Court, HCSO have too many overlaps in a small, rural County. Most of the local media isn't out and about, they report from a desk. 

Most of the local media are lazy cowards who show up for select news letting mostly anonymous people and a few non anonymous who won't reveal their identities and how they profit from the Humboldt Connected and the status quo dictate the conversation. That does not reflect how most of the Humboldt thinks, feels and has personally experienced.
