Another continuance request in Opera Alley homicide suspect Connor Whited case. This time by Whited's attorney, Mr. Joe Judge. Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal did not oppose the continuance so the motion was granted.
The jury trial for 8/22 was vacated. Trial confirmation is on 9/12; jury trial on 10/24.
9/12: Trial confirmation and status of Dr. Renouf's report continued to 9/15.
