This continuance for convicted murderer Demetrius Coleman and Alma Ahumadamendoza, his child's mother and co-defendant in this second case, was continued because Mr. Joe Judge is ill and due to Coleman's status.
90 percent of the cases I checked on today were just continued for some reason or the other. While there have been the rare cases of an attorney being ill, once again there were a few more continuances due to defendant in custody being ill or the defendant being in quarantine at the jail.
6/29: The case was on for setting of preliminary hearing. Preliminary hearing is on 7/13. 3 hour time estimate. No further continuance permitted.
