After rejecting an offer once, Latham later decided to resolve his case with a plea

 

Today, at trial confirmation, assault suspect Dustin Latham entered a plea and resolved his case. Sentencing is on 7/12.

Latham previously rejected a plea offer by the People. Latham had waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Latham's effort to reduce bail backfired. He is ineligible for probation due to two prior felonies.
