"She then followed the caravan of evil to Utah"

(Melissa Johnson)

If you read my earlier post about the Melissa Johnson and Von Keener pleas, go back and read details I added after the hearing concluded.

Some of those details were from remarks by Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees. The quote of the hearing goes to Ms. Kathleen Bryson who is Melissa Johnson's attorney.

That one quote made it worth the hours of endless, laborious waiting in the drama taking place at this hearing and enduring the stuffy, windowless Courthouse which is the den of evil in Humboldt aka hell. The only thing missing is the Neros of Humboldt fiddling while they burn Humboldt to the ground.

Mr. Rees handed Judge Kaleb Cockrum a letter from the Shasta County attorney waiving jurisdiction for Johnson and Keener. GPS led to vehicles being located. Both Johnson and Keener claim they found out about  Mauricio Johnson and the Bear River triple homicide in Redding and left for Utah from Redding.

Ms. Bryson said her client has no prior record.  Melissa Johnson claims she found out from her sister in Redding about Mauricio Johnson and the Bear River triple homicide. "She then followed the caravan of evil to Utah" and told everything to a police officer in Utah.

8/1: Sentencing continued to 8/22 by defense. Ms. Bryson unable to appear due to family issue. People do not object since family members of victims want time to prepare statement
