Gabrielle Long, owner of Taste of Bim and the Grind Cafe in Eureka and 2021-22 civil grand jury member has been chosen to take over the cafe at Humboldt County Airport.
Long told me she was only on the civil grand jury for a few months not the whole term due to being busy with her businesses.
The Grind Cafe provides baked goods and catering to Cal Poly. I had heard something about big news related to the Grind but Long told me that she wanted to wait until there was an official announcement from the powers to be.
This is an agenda item on the June 7 Board of Supervisors meeting.
