John Thomas Davis was arrested yesterday by HCSO on new charges for FG 2000 unlawful possession of bird, mammal, fish, reptile, or amphibian and PC 1203.2 (a) (2) probation violation. Davis also had a bench warrant for a previous case for PC 594 (b)(2) (a) vandalism, PC 273.5(a) corporal injury to spouse/cohabitant and PC 273 a (b) child endangerment.
Davis has a few cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system.
Davis has a 2022 case for alleged violation of PC 29825,unlawful firearm activity. Davis is prohibited from possessing a firearm because of a temporary restraining order. He has three other criminal cases including a 2021 case for child endangerment and corporal injury to spouse/cohabitant.
