Jury came back with not guilty on Count one. Special allegations found not true. Count two not guilty. The jury was dismissed and excused and 2:53 today. Jury started deliberations yesterday.
This was for Andrew Whipple, Jr's misdemeanor DUI case. Judge Joyce Hinrichs presided over the trial. Deputy District Attorney Clover Schinke was the prosecutor. Deputy Public Defender Emery Welton was Whipple Jr's attorney.
