Is Humboldt staying home?

It all depends on where you live, what time you are out and about and whether you consider your drive through town in your Mercedes "exercise" but think someone walking to the store to get that day's meal shouldn't be out.

People are doing the best they can and most people are being responsible. Circumstances are different for people.

I took these photos and videos which are on my Facebook page around 11 a.m. At noon, traffic was busier on 4th and 5th Street, maybe because it is lunchtime? Cars at McDonalds or Humboldt Soup Company or anywhere else doesn't mean everyone is out and about. There is a significant difference in traffic since the shelter in place order.

If the hoarders hadn't selfishly bought everything and continuing to do so, maybe the rest of us could make one trip to the store.

Just like the PG & E blackouts, 4th Street in Eureka and Myrtle seem busier on the few days I have gone out.
